Ask returning campers what their favorite overnight camp experience was, and the Harpers Ferry week is usually at the top of the list. The Harpers Ferry KOA where we stay has so much for the kids to do - swimming pool, arcade with pool table, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, volleyball, mini golf, giant moon bounce - the list goes on and on! With visits to historical sites focused on the 1800s, there will be lots of connections made to things we learn about in history class. And the connection to the great outdoors can't get much stronger than a tube float down the Potomac River and a hike to a scenic overlook above the town of Harpers Ferry!
